How we handle your data

When you contact us, ContextCore (the data controller) collects your name, business email, company, and message solely to respond to your inquiry. We are based in Europe. We do not publish a street address or company number here.

• Where it goes: Your message is sent directly to our email inbox (hosted by Infomaniak). There is no application database of submissions; the mailbox is the store. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on this form to prevent spam. If you choose to book a meeting, your scheduling details are processed by Calendly. If you only send a message, Calendly receives nothing.
• What we don't do: We never sell your data or automatically add you to marketing lists.
• How long we keep it: We keep your email as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry, then delete it from the mailbox.
• Your rights: Under European privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
